If you are considering a refund, please review the conditions below to check whether you are eligible.

Important: Refunds are only available if the purchased product does not work. You must open a support ticket within 14 days of purchase.

  • Not Working Refunds are only possible if the product does not function as intended.
  • 14 Days You must contact us within 14 days of purchase.
  • Ticket Required You must open a ticket on our Discord server within the 14-day window.

Refund or Exchange (Your Choice)

If the product is confirmed to be not working, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Refund: You receive your money back (if eligible based on payment method).
  • Exchange: We replace your product with a working alternative or a different product of equal value.

Refunds are not granted for reasons such as “changed my mind”, “no longer needed”, or “I don’t like it”.

What Counts as “Not Working”

  • The product cannot be used as described, even after following our setup instructions.
  • The issue is confirmed by our support team after troubleshooting.

We may request proof such as screenshots, screen recordings, logs, or other evidence to verify the problem.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind / regret purchase
  • Refusing troubleshooting steps required to test the product
  • Third-party conflicts the user refuses to resolve (e.g., antivirus blocking files)
  • Abuse or fraud attempts (sharing/reselling access, misleading evidence, etc.)
  • Chargebacks/disputes opened through a bank or payment provider while a request is being processed

How to Request a Refund

Open a Discord ticket and include:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear explanation of the issue
  • Proof (screenshots / video / error messages)

Tip: Mention your order number at the start of the ticket (example: #12345) to speed things up.

Processing Time

Refund speed depends on the payment method. For card payments (Stripe), refunds usually take 2–14 business days depending on your bank.
